Yes, sign in to your account to make changes to your assignment.

Assignments are flexible and can be cancelled at any time from your account. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

If you did not receive your assignment, it most likely got lost in the mail. Please be sure that you have provided the proper mailing address. If any assignments get returned to us due to an invalid mailing address, we will do our best to contact you via email to rectify the situation and resend the assignment.

At this time, we do not have a gift card option. You can create an assignment for a friend by providing their delivery address at checkout, but the membership will be under your account, and you will be billed until you cancel that account.
